I think there is an easy way to avoid people making falling roads. Just make it so the can has to drive back to the starting point again, then they are forced to build an actual bridge.

Fortunately butterfly effect in this game is not completely unpredictable, just really obscure For example, if you tweak the first part of the bridge, tiny changes in the car's movement may cause the second part to fail; however the reverse cannot happen.
There is still a type of butterfly effect that almost no one runs into, but does exist, and it has to do with the game recalculating the bridge as a whole, rather than independent parts. If you position pieces in just the right way, you can manipulate how the game rounds values, causing two seemingly independent bridges to affect each other. The main reason why this happens has to do with Poly Bridge 2 not being a fixed point simulation, which means no matter what happens, two independent bridges will not affect one another.
small changes in the later part of the bridge can still affect how stresses propagate and lead to some piece earlier in the bridge becoming overstressed and breaking even though the change is later in the level

He uploads the videos as either unlisted or private and then sets them to be public at some time, and that gives him both security since he doesn't have to worry about slow upload times, makes sure he doesn't forget upload time, and allows him to comment really early.
